Lizzo is hands down one of our favorites artist, not only is she fierces, talented and overall a dope lyrcist. Her rawnesses and No fucks given makes her Instgram followers love her even more. What makes us excited, Lizzo recruited Icon Missy Elliott for a banger “Tempo” If you follow Lizzo she loves her thickness and has no shame in showing it all which she makes it perfectly clear on her instgram page.  The track not only brings you back to the early 2000’s hip-hop anthem but celebrates all the thick women in the world. “Tempo”  is available to stream on Soundcloud, Apple Music, Tidal and Spotify. Following her historic performance at Coachella, which still has her fans buzzing. Beyoncé continues to prove to us how amazing she is, today she announced a new scholarship program through her BeyGOOD philanthropic initiative. The queen established The Homecoming scholars program which will award $25,000 to four HBCU for the 2018-2019 academic school year to Xavier, Wilberforce, Tuskegee, and Bethune-Cookman universities in scholarships regardless of gender. The preparation will include literature, creative arts, African-American studies, science, education, business, communications, social sciences, computer science and engineering. Swae Lee from rap duo Rae Sremmurd released his newest single, “Guatemala” feat Slim Jxmmy & Rae Sremmurd. This Caribbean/Afrobeat rhythm was released just in time for the summer and will be a hit as 2017 French Montana “Unforgettable” summer banger. The catchy single was produced by Mally Mal and will be featured on Swae Lee album Swaecation. The duo will release a three-disc joint project SR3MM, Jxmmi, and Swaecation. “Te Bote” was made by urban singer Nio Garcia, Darrell and Casper. Superstars Nicky Jam, Bad Bunny and Ozuna jumped on the track and bought their own twist to the record. Billboard Latin Music Conference will take place in Las Vegas from April 23-26 Bad Bunny, Nicky Jam and Ozuna are all confirmed for the event. We want to take a moment to Thank Baby Jesus and YouTube for the live stream because like many of you, we were unable to attend Coachella this year. We caught the two-hour performance of the queen from the comfort of our bed. History was made this weekend at The Coachella Valley Music and Art Festival. Beyonce became the first Black Woman to ever headline the festival. This is another accomplishment she can add to her belt. Since last year performance was canceled due to her pregnancy Beyonce and her team put together a spectacular performance for this year’s event, which left everyone speechless. The theme for the night was inspired by (HBCU) Historically Black Colleges and Universities (institutions of higher education in the US that were established before the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which served African Americans.
